Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2 in 1 Wash & Mask: Review

Recently, Neutrogena's Visibly Clear 2 in 1 Facial Wash and Mask has been one of the most talked about skincare products within the beauty community, especially amongst the drugstore brands. The buzz surrounding this product made it a must buy on a trip to Boots and I had high hopes of it making my skin wonderful!
However, I have to say I was disappointed. The product description boasts that it removes not only dirt and grime but makeup too, I did not find this to be the case and sometimes had to double cleanse, meaning a not happy little me. I also found that, rather than clearly my skin of blemishes like promised, it broke me out in spots which very rarely happens to me due to me having reasonably good natural skin. Furthermore, I found the cool sensation it gave my skin after cleansing rather unpleasant and irritating. And for one final gripe, It left certain areas of my face drier than normal. I realise now that the problems I had with this product are probably due to the fact that it is designed for oily skin (however, this is not stated anywhere on the packaging) and I infact have dry cheeks and an oily t-zone.

Recommend for: people with oily skin looking to clear blemishes
Avoid if: you have dry areas on your face or have sensitive skin
